Unreliable in booking appointments. I showed up for my first session (after accommodating being rescheduled the week before) and waited for 20 minutes past my appointment start time before finally just leaving. My email to Susan stating that I was in the waiting room was never even replied to, nor was another attempt to contact her 5 days later. Absolutely unbelievable.
