Throughout the assessment process I received clear instructions and I appreciated that each test specified in advance approximately how much time it would take. After completing the tests I had a phone interview with Dr. Lefton, who delivered thorough feedback that was easy to understand. This assessment and feedback opened doors to new ideas and helped me identify my strengths.
