The woman at the front desk named Leslie I believe, is very rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for some time now, and ever since she has replaced the lady that was there, that place has went down hill. you can never get Leslie to call you back, every time she makes my next apt, theres always an issue went I show up on time for it. good luck getting her on a good day because it seems like she cant handle her job or she is never at the desk. they really need someone in that office to run it instead of a girl who ... read more

(This review pertains to the Laurel, DE office) Office personnel seem friendly, BUT friendly doesn't equate with professional. The saying, "one hand doesn't know what the other is doing" describes the lack of organization in this office. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and had several appointments, but my impression of them remains the same.
