Experience with Kristen Penza was awesome, the idea of a test made my son nervous but she put him at ease.The written report was professionally prepared. Although DDS wants more of past tests too. Great person to complete testing . Thanks Kristen. Ps may need you for the appeal also
Dr. Penza was great to work with. She made the whole process really smooth, and I appreciated how quickly she got the written report back to me. Everything was clear and professional, and she made sure I understood each step along the way. With her help, I was able to get the school accommodations I needed, which made a huge difference. I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am today in my career without that support. I’m really thankful for everything she did and would definitely recommend her.
Experience for the testing was pretty easy! Receiving the test results unacceptable! Been waiting 3 months with no response from Dr Kristen Penza!!! She’s only accepts cash to provide written reports and never receives it! I paid $180 cash plus 2 $20 co-pays and bills BCBS over $3000 with no results! UNACCEPTABLE!
Dr. Penza is fantastic! It was easy to schedule the appointment and I was seen right away. She was warm and friendly and her evaluation was thorough. I would recommend her to anyone seeking her services.
I was so impressed with Dr. Penza’s approach. My son and daughter went to see her and in both cases, she created a relaxing, comfortable environment which lead them to not feel a stigma for using her services. Kristin is empowering, supportive and so incredibly knowledgeable. We are forever grateful and highly recommend her.
