Dr. Penza is fantastic! It was easy to schedule the appointment and I was seen right away. She was warm and friendly and her evaluation was thorough. I would recommend her to anyone seeking her services.

I was so impressed with Dr. Penza’s approach. My son and daughter went to see her and in both cases, she created a relaxing, comfortable environment which lead them to not feel a stigma for using her services. Kristin is empowering, supportive and so incredibly knowledgeable. We are forever grateful and highly recommend her.

Appointment at 1pm. No check in person. Around 1:10 I find someone in the hallway, it’s her. She’s got tape between her eyes. Scotch tape. I ask if I’m in the right location. She tells me to have a seat and she’ll be with me when she’s done eating. So we didn’t get seen until 1:35ish. I would not have been 20 minutes early for the appointment (with three kids) as asked if this was going to be the situation. Unprofessional. I’m called in to talk first. I had originally met Dr. Penza when I made an appointment for my son, which led to a professional relationship with Dr. Penza that has been fostered for almost four years. When I first met Dr. Penza, I was with my youngest son who had had a severe concussion in football while in High School. Incredibly detailed and definitive diagnosis and reasoning. Extremely personable and trustworthy. Establishes an atmosphere which is not medical or uncomfortably diagnostic in any way. Creates a very friendly and caring environment. Feel very fortunate that I was finally able to find Kristin Penza.
