I feel scammed. When I booked the appointment they told me my insurance was accepted. The provider waited until the end of the call to tell me that she does not accept commercial insurance plans and it would be over $1000 dollars and tried to sale me a financial repayment plan . I would have liked to know this before charging my card $117 for a “screening”.
Office is completely unorganized I have been waiting for an appointment that was scheduled two months ago just for them to tell me the day before the appointment that it was canceled because I didn’t complete the paperwork within a week of scheduling even though every email they sent me told me to complete before the appointment.
