Hands down to my therapist Sandra Vasquez she has help a lot. I truly recommend this facility.

Cancelled an appointment arbitrarily. Apparently you need to complete the paperwork immediately upon making the appointment but they still send you notifications that you have an appointment and say to have the paperwork completed before the appointment. I’ve noticed this same trend with multiple psychiatrists in the Tampa Bay Area. They must either not care about their patients or are so in demand that they can turn people away without notice.

I feel scammed. When I booked the appointment they told me my insurance was accepted. The provider waited until the end of the call to tell me that she does not accept commercial insurance plans and it would be over $1000 dollars and tried to sale me a financial repayment plan . I would have liked to know this before charging my card $117 for a “screening”.
