I was with these guys for about a month and a half before I couldn't go anymore (because of my crazy schedule). However, these guys are freakin' amazing. The trainers know their stuff and are super helpful. The workouts are pretty rough—but that's the only way to get better. There's writing in big bold letters on the wall there that says "the only easy day was yesterday" or something like that— they're not kiddin' about that stuff. Just shut up and go :)
