They wouldn't see me because I had not filled out paper work ahead of time. I was told twice by Josh who is the first contact, that I could fill that out when i came in for appointment. apparently not. Josh who books the appointments was a very nice guy, but had no idea what he was talking about. He also said my insurance BCBS was fine.
