Use another company!!!! There is no customer support, ridiculous waiting times for a response, mix up with bookings and leaving highly vulnerable neurodivergent people in the dark and without proper care and support. They were good here 4 years ago but not anymore. In my opinion use another company if you can
Since my initial referral for ADHD I have wanted to speak to Psychiatry UK to add some relevant information as I felt I may also need an autism assessment. I tried to call to speak to someone multiple times spending over 5 hours on hold with no one ever answering. When it came to the assessment I felt the doctor had not read my previous notes prior to the call and was purely going through it as we spoke on the call. Would give 0 , dont contact u when there me to check up on u ,I waited over 1 year for a assessment which I already had a assessment with another company which they didnt believe so did another and found out to have adhd again. They then left me for months with out contact and told me it maybe over 10months to get meds as short supply , but now some are available they still haven't prescribed anything just keep using that excuse . Shame I cannot give them -5 stars. They could not give a monkeys about patient care. My advice do not ever think you can rely on them - sometimes they just can't be bothered to do their jobs.
