We've found the staff here to be very friendly and professional. Scheduling is easy, appointment changes have not been a problem, and service animals truly are welcomed warmly. The only drawback is the issue of accessibility for those with mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs to navigate if you aren't willing to park alongside a busy road without a designated parking lane.
