Been seeing Dr Churchman for years. Suddenly they tell me she's leaving and switch me to Dr Perez. I saw Dr Perez for the second time Monday to refill my medication. It's now Friday 2/13 (no holidays this week) and they are now telling me they are waiting for the drug screen (which Dr Perez confirmed they had received Monday) and that it takes 24-72 hours "processing" to push the prescription (as of Friday morning we're at 96+) This is unacceptable outrageous behavior. I don't know what kind of operation they're running here... read more
Great staff
I will start by saying that I did like my PA very professional, and medical staff as well. T'he office staff and the phone service they use from out of the states is horrible. It's been 3 weeks of cancellations and reschedules because the office staff can not figure out how to receive a referral from my PCP.
Service is prompt, and the receptionist is always welcoming and cheerful.
