This place is terrible for people experiencing mental health issues. Their office staff is rude, unprofessional, and have no idea how to talk to patients in a respectful way. We will be looking for a new clinic in the future. This is the last time my family member puts up with their conduct. I’d give less stars if it was possible.
If all you need is an antidepressant prescription, they're probably fine. Anything more complicated than that, and especially if you're not a perfect textbook example of whatever issue you're facing, my experience is that you will find more harm here than help
I really don’t understand the low reviews. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionals I have seen here (I mean they are like my “soul mate” prescribing doctor and therapist) and the exact same amazing praise for all the front desk and scheduling staff. I have been coming here for years. Thank you, keep up the good work.
Called to ask a couple questions and see about getting care here and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me like I’m incompetent. I will never come here or recommend. It’s no surprise as the valley medical center has really just been going downhill these past few years.
