Awful! Staff are rude and dr will not return calls or refill RX to pharmacy. He makes you come in for a refill each time but only gives you 1 refill making you come back again each time for a refill. To me that is Wasting time, wasting his time and mine, wasting my gas (gas to drive 45 mins to see this unfriendly and unprofessional doctor) and a waste of my insurance company that he keeps Billing! A score F
Dr. Rothman is experienced, knowledgeable and really cares about how his patients are doing. He has supported me through some very difficult times and I am so grateful for how reliable, understanding and helpful he has been. I also appreciate his willingness to answer all my questions. Additionally, his office staff is always responsive and friendly.
I have been seeing Dr. Rothman for many many years, over a decade. He was initially recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad she recommended him to me. He has always been reliable and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to ask thoughtful questions. Dr. Rothman has been with me through some very dark times and I appreciate his reliability, reasonableness, and professionalism very much. His office is always very responsive. Five stars.
Dr. R. Is probably at the age now where he can do other things now and should report to Rehab himself.
