Sometimes when you go to psychiatrists' offices, there is a push to just put patients on meds and to brush aside the counseling, gathering information and history and subtleties of individual care. I am grateful to have had help from Dr. Stan- and from Dr. Lipmanson for my son as they are both excellent clinicians- observant, patient and thoughtful in their care.
