Avoid Jan at all costs, especially for family therapy (she has a knack for escalating conflicts!), and in general this practice is extremely unprofessional. Run, don’t walk, away

The receptionist is rude and negative. I called to schedule an appointment (my first), and she said that none of the staff is available for new clients. Her attitude was so nasty that she gave the impression that I was doing something wrong by calling the main number. My husband and I work with therapists for both family and individual concerns. Both clinicians are excellent, highly knowledgeable and compassionate. We really appreciate their invitations to learn new strategies that enhance our relationship as well as personal growth. Sessions include therapeutic exercises, reflections, stories, and humor. The staff is always responsive and helpful. We feel fortunate to be clients of PPAD.
