Tried calling to make an appoitment you cant even directly get ahold of the staff who work in the Escondido location. I left a voicemail and no return of phone call, I called again weeks later the recipionist who answered supposably was going to leave them a note but NothHING. PEOPLE are trying to seek help the least they can do is call back and say they are not working or accepting new patients! So unproffesional
I am leaving a review for the office. My sister called needing help. Her counselor sadly left and went out of her health insurance coverage. He gave her a list of recommendations. When she called to try and schedule the receptionist talked over her and didn’t let her articulate her words. Leaving her counselor was hard on her she even scheduled a few out of pockets appointments to get the courage to be able to take on a new counselor.
