I have been a patient here since 2011. During this time I have always been treated with the upmost respect by the doctor the clinical staff as well as front desk office. psychiatrist, Dr. Phillip Mizell he always takes the time to sit and listen to every concern that I have. When making a change in medication he and I do it together, and this is not something which is done in any offices that I'm aware of or that I've ever been a patient at. I'm normally only in the waiting room long enough to sit down and pick up a magazine... read more

You get a real sense of being on an assembly line pushed thru in5 minutes Med managementb of a 15 minute charged visit AND no memory of whoyou are no compassion just for a large paid company of mental health seems to be heartless.....same as my being om mental disability and diagnosed with Female cancer and two surgeries I wear cancer center in Memphis Feb two weeks later losing EVERYTHING we own down to tooth brushes in a house fire...four months ago only to pay a missed appt free then to "DISMISSED FROM THE CLINIC" no refe... read more
