Communication /response time to messages could improve
Dismissive, condescending, did not listen to a word I said. Not a great fit for me at all. The office staff were nice though and the building is cute and comfortable.
Rude front office staff. Unwilling to compromise when they change their “courtesy” reminder. I have been going here for years and heavily rely on the reminder. They apparently decided to change the system and failed to notify anyone and still charged me a late fee. When asked if my number is in the new system, I was informed that they may have entered the incorrect number. I’ve always offered to pay my late fee when I’m in the wrong but this surely necessitates further discussion. Will be going elsewhere that actually cares ... read more
