Website reviews are cherry picked. My mother has to go here due to her insurance until we get into another place. She's been seen here for about 3 years, no diagnosis but yet is prescribed various medications. Her "psychiatrist" told me my mother should be seen by a different psychiatrist somewhere else, which I have the email showing. I had been a patient at Ohio Psychiatric Services off Hilliard-Rome Road the past 2-3 years. When I began I had an incredible person named Dawn Boucher she was absolutely wonderful and kind, very very understanding and offered a lot of therapy. Unfortunately she went onto medical leave and I was transferred to Kayla Uska. Kayla began with me and I felt as if I was an inconvenience and our visits shortened and shortened until it was basically medication maintenance and absolutely nothing more. Good medical care. Horrible business. Like one of my problems is I made so much money one year I forget what money means to other people. I always paid whatever they asked for at my appointments. They sent my account to collections without ever even calling or texting me to let me know I had a balance.
My services started out really well but the providers really dropped the ball here. Absolutely love Lily, Bailey, and Kayla, but as far as actual treatment goes they started to make patients share rooms during treatment. The provider has failed to follow-up on my FMLA requests and then after a month tells me I need to schedule an appoint to renew - ironically, the entire point of my FMLA was so that I could schedule appointments.
