Carissa gets it done. She is the best patient advocate I have ever encountered. She works tirelessly to make sure you are taken care of. She is kind and has excellent follow through and communication skills. We are truly lucky to have her.

Currently in week 3 of attempting to get ahold of someone in this office so I can get a refill of my medication and have not heard back from anyone. Now I am completely out and need to rely on my primary care physician to hopefully refill. Seems like they only care about scheduling appointments rather than being an actual resource. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Beyond disappointed to say the least.
i truly love my psychiatrist Beth BUT the front desk person, Lily should not be even in that office. i’ve had so many issues with her. she has even moved my appointment to a DIFFERENT TIME without my permission. which should definitely not be allowed at any kind of office especially a psychiatrists office. If this was my practice i personally would not be allowing Lily to talk to a single patient considering the amount of disrespect and lack of communication. she has no professionalism at all and lacks answering the phone.
