The most terrible customer service and admin team I ever seen in this industry. Dr Nusha doesn’t seem in control of her team at all. I think she needs to run some psychology sessions for her team before accepting any more customers. What a joke!
Amazing experience. It’s been a year since I lost my mum, Noosha not only supported me through the worst year of my life. We worked to heal deep seated trauma that it brought to light. I always felt safe and had a hard but amazingly insightful experience. She guided me to today where I can be happy & grateful on the anniversary.
Why can’t we give zero star? My gf has been trying to book an appointment with them and they’ve been rude to her (and me) over the phone conversation we had. For no reason. We called them for the first time as a customer, they don’t known us we don’t know them. So there is no background beef between us. But even in the first phone call they’ve been ignorant and sometimes rude. Why? Do we know each other? Seriously why? Am i not a customer?
