Dr. L. Mowchun and the staff in that area on the main floor were fantastic and always took good care of me.
It was trash, and namely, on the third floor, Doctor Crocker not only did not come, but yesterday he was expelled from the hospital to a person who has no meaning in life and he goes, the person has nowhere to go and there is no meaning of life, not only that they even lied, I do not recommend the third floor, but this doctor, and the staff was rudely shouted and scold me, I can't and I don't know English according to their words, I was rude, terrible attitude. This place is genuinely horrible. There was an old ginger nurse with glasses (I forget her name) who was so rude towards me and other patients while we were here. Not only them, but my mother when she called. The psychologists ignored my issues and discharged me. They never listened to or addressed my concerns. They just told me to take more meds, be more productive, and gave me some bullshit diagnosis. A patient almost died in here because the staff suck. The lady barely spoke English and shifted me off to “the appropriate line” it ENDED UP being automated and not related!!! WTH 🤦♀️
