Breathwork with Connie has helped me process new grief, past trauma and guided me towards finding my true self and listening to my inner voice. I’ve received more clarity from breathwork than years of a variety of different mental health help methods. Each session is a different journey and significantly impacts my life by helping me accept, trust and process life’s opportunities and challenges.

I attended the Divine Embodiment retreat after having a couple breath work sessions with Connie… and it was life changing. I can honestly say that I’ve made more progress in my journey of personal self growth and healing than I have in 2 years of expensive weekly psychotherapy (talk therapy). Not only was the retreat physically set up perfectly (tents, food, amenities) the emotional support from the facilitators rest of the attendees will continue long past the days of the retreat. Eternally grateful for this experience.

Connie is not only a friend, she turned into family over this weekend! Such a soothing soul to help you heal traumas, and also provides the safest beautiful comforting setting! Making connections that will last a life time. Invest in yourself! You wont regret it!

I thoroughly enjoyed the womens retreat in Ruth lake with Connie. I laughed so hard with so many amazing women! Connie made me feel heard, accepted and loved! She is absolutely amazing! 💗
