Company fails to have proper communication skills to deal with patients that are hearing impaired. According to manager Don they rely on what is told to them by staff and not communicating with the patient like they are nothing.
While this company is a great idea for a facility struggling to keep up with enormous demands Psych360 fails its patients. At risk patients who have family or Power of Attorneys are ignored. Family input means nothing. High doses recommended without re-evaluation. Take your loved one to outside provider NOT Psych360.
