Unbelievably rude staff and they offer in person meetings but don’t tell you the doctor only for does in person one day a month. If you want a virtual doctor at twice price you’ve found it.

Right off the bat I have to commend Rhonda Owens and Dr. Moore for their care and treatment. What a difficult profession to try and provide excellent customer service to when the bulk of their clientele is depressed, cranky and dare I say, sometimes irrational!! But these guys do it! Thanks to their immense compassion and empathy and Herculean patience with the insurance companies and patients themselves. I was one of their patients.
