My experience at Psych Connect was truly amazing, I wish I could rate this higher than 5-Stars. They're so welcoming and warming and helped me throughout my whole journey. **This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others make informed decisions** I would not recommend this practice. I recently encountered serious concerns regarding their billing practices. Despite explicitly instructing them that I would pay the full price for a session (which I paid by card at the end of the appointment), the practice submitted a Medicare rebate claim without my consent five days later. Psych Connect did an amazing job with my daughter's assessment. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process, making us feel supported and at ease. Had an appointment scheduled for December and as therapy isn't cheap I wasnt able to accomadate my appointment being moved to an early date due to funds. However my then already booked appointment has been cancelled. Getting help is hard enough but to then be cancelled on because you haven't got the funds for an earlier appointment is not fair to someone trying to get help. Will be looking elsewhere at somewhere more professional and understanding.
