Had an appointment scheduled for December and as therapy isn't cheap I wasnt able to accomadate my appointment being moved to an early date due to funds. However my then already booked appointment has been cancelled. Getting help is hard enough but to then be cancelled on because you haven't got the funds for an earlier appointment is not fair to someone trying to get help. Will be looking elsewhere at somewhere more professional and understanding.

Highly recommend Dr Sirous and his team at Psych Connect. Great first impressions. Reputable in the area/ipswich region and after doing extensive research have found to be one of the most affordable in comparison to other clinics offering the same services.
