I love my physician: They're professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately their administrative system makes getting care a challenge. Unlike most other offices in the area, they do not have an online platform of any kind. That means you cannot schedule/cancel appointments, or pay bills online. Unethical, negligent and unprofessional practice. I was seeing the most wonderful Psychiatrist at this practice, but they drove her away and she left. I had to find the time to find her replacement, and didn't get around to it for 3 months, bc of my health problems. Fast forward to today, I need to go out of town, and they refuse to fill my medication. They just never bothered to respond to my pharmacy's phone calls for refill, like USUAL. I scheduled an initial evaluation for today a month ago at which point we mentioned disability benefits were in process. They proceeded to schedule the appointment. The day prior to my appointment I emailed them to confirm the appointment would cover the necessary paperwork and did not receive a response. However, today (the day of the appointment) I received an email cancelling my appointment because they do not do evaluations for disability.
