I do not normally write reviews and I am pretty skeptical of therapists due to previous bad experiences. But my therapist at PsyCare Solutions- who I have been working with weekly over Zoom for two years now- causes me to break away from my “normal” and write a review. The therapists here take your concerns as thier number 1 priority.
They don't care about patients. They randomly assign therapists that are not equipped to handle the issue at hand. It qas very frustrating. I don't know now but when I was a client, only online therapy was available. I tried 2 different therapists. The last one was terrible, wanted to put me on antidepressants after just one online session, and she would just talk about her own life throughout the entire session.
