They don't care about patients. They randomly assign therapists that are not equipped to handle the issue at hand. It qas very frustrating. I don't know now but when I was a client, only online therapy was available. I tried 2 different therapists. The last one was terrible, wanted to put me on antidepressants after just one online session, and she would just talk about her own life throughout the entire session. I’m 34 years old and I’ve been working with the same therapist at Psycare since my early 20s. Currently, I have my appointments virtually but they used to be in person. They have helped me immensely with general anxiety, work stress, and changing relationships with friends and loved ones. I have found PsyCare Solutions to be a great place to work, as they are staffed with excellent clinicians and a very helpful support staff. The clients seem to make real progress on their issues, and it is a positive work atmosphere.
