Yellow Cab should NOT be providing DART services! Their cabs are filthy, unsafe and they are not reliable. They are always over an hour or more late, leaving customers stranded or in my experience they won' t pick you up at all. There needs to be a "Class action lawsuit"! It is dangerous leaving People stranded in 90 degree weather or even better alone in the dark. It's only a matter of time before something bad happends to DART customer and then who will be at fault?
