My multiport valve was malfunctioning and I contacted customer service to assist me with getting the correct part. The person I spoke to went above and beyond to help me to get the correct part. I bought 2 Pentair switches for my SGC but I realized i made a mistake after I installed the first one (the 2nd was a spare). I got a quick response and after a few emails, they actually let me return the both units. NO one lets you return anything after installed...and it is was my fault! many thanks
