I cannot recommend doing business with them. They did not sent the item I ordered - claiming it had been replaced with a newer version - without consulting me or verifying that the newer version works in my case, which it does NOT. For the return, I then had to pay a ridiculous 20% (!!!) restocking fee, although the item had never been used, plus return shipping, in addition to the original shipping for the original order. Ordering a circuit board for a slide gate from this company was a huge mistake. I received a completely different item than I ordered using the information on their website. I was given a fake address to return the item for a replacement and it took several days for the item to be returned to me. I then mailed the item to the address it was mailed from and when it arrived back to them, Melissa told me the item had to be tested before she could send a replacement of the correct item and that might take up to 15 days. I will never purchase from this place again i paid 170 plus to get a photocell for a liftmaster gate and it went out after 5 months they want to charge me 150.00 dollars to give me the RMA number so liftmaster can replace the item. Even though the item has a 2 year warranty they want to charge me to send it back. How crazy is that no customer service at all.
I have. been looking for weeks to find a gate opener for my small horse ranch in Sequim, Wa. 98382. They call it a gate operator for some reason.
