PSR ultimately wasn’t able to help on an existing ongoing project but Loren S (Project Manager) was super helpful, followed up and gave me great information that I couldn’t get from anyone else. I will be using them in the future.

PSR is the epitome of professionalism. They are truly experts in their field and communicate well with their customers to ensure they are well informed about their systems so that quality decisions can be made. Never having to worry about being nickel and dimed is a wonderful thing.
These are the folks you want to call if you are in an office with HVAC and it is your responsibility to maintain it. I had a unit go out and called PSR, they had someone out right away. The gentlemen was professional and fast at getting our HVAC back up working. It was a hot day so we really appreciated the fast and professional service.
