I just checked the tracking number. It was supposed to arrive 9/10. Now it says The EXPECTED DELIVERY IS 9/17? How is that possible? It was supposed to arrive 9/10. This is unacceptable. I've done multiple orders and You just lost a returning customer. Your company values the immediate savings over the lifetime value of a customer. This is disgusting.

Wow! Terrible Customer Service Experience. Ordered signed needed for Friday, now have been told they won't be ready till Monday. So sad -- I've used PS for years. Now that they have moved, it seems they no longer care about their Bay Area Customers. 45 frustrating minutes on the phone with representative in Kansas City, Paige. No solution found.

I was a customer for years — referred by another printer in Alameda. Honestly, the service hasn't been the best lately. They completely dropped the ball on my last order. Even with express shipping and expedited service, it didn't arrive at the destination on time. This time, I paid for next day. I drove 50 miles, hoping to get it a tad early (fast printing was how they won my business in the first place). I’ve used there service for flyers & business cards in the past, no problems. I even recommend their service to others. I placed an order of 1000 stickers with no hard copy. The green line on the Black background wasn’t visible. I took that on the chin because I needed the stickers for an out of town event. Poorly designed website. A nightmare to order prints. Had used it in the past with delivery to an address in another city, which is what I wanted back then, but now when I want to pick it up at a local PSPrint store, it won't let me change the previous address, which is half a country away from where I need it.
