PSP3 put together a great remote lifting program for my 14 year old son. In 2 months he added 10-12lbs of muscle. He increased his bench 20lbs, his squat 20lbs and his deadlift 50lbs. Hunter is 125lbs and Nathan's program has increased is overall strength, flexibility and speed. His personal plan set new PR's of 155 bench, 255 squat and 310 deadlift.
