Definitely a great place to do business. I had heard several different shops in Houston to work on diesel trucks, and had some top of the line work done here at a great price.
Had a simple trans swap that took 6 months and I’m still having issues a year later with a brand new transmission that cost $15k disappointing
I had an issue with my Check Engine light. I took the truck in to get it addressed. To be brief. The code was turbo speed sensor issue. PSP said they swapped to a known working sensor and still had the code. End result 8 was told was likeli the ECM. I replaced the ECM which are pricey, but still have the code. I called PSP and informed them i still have the code. I was thinking of getting a second opinion, but the guy i talked to said they should be able to get the issue found. Does NOT get any worse than this. Slow, expensive, incompetent, and my truck got vandalized sitting on their property. I carefully described the trucks problem, but they ignored the details of what I said, drew their own conclusions and made modifications to my truck. The mods did nothing to fix the original problem (exhaust leak in turbo unit), but created a new problem (blowby gas odors in the cab). My truck came out worse than when it went in. AVOID!!! WELL!
