On 09/28/2025, I purchased a standby generator from your dealer list. This has been the worst experience from PSL Technology. The project started great but Centerpoint stated the regulator installed upside down and on the from side then there was strong gas smell. The fire department had to turn off the gas to my home. I had to with for Centerpoint to come back my home At that time we discovered the PSL Technology used used and defective parts. On August 22, 2025, I spoke to several Generator companies but selected PSL Technology. After researching some areas about the company, I decided not to use them. However, there salesperson sent a link for positive reviews and found positive reviews also. He initially stated I would receive 7 year warranty on the generator and 3 years maintenance on the generator. could give negative negative stars I would. They deserve negative 100 stars. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone! I was told it was a one day job and I’m on day 13 and it’s still not done! I complained to the salesman Alex after I paid almost $6000 on the upfront payment (I’m paying cash by the way) when i complained his first response was well we can cancel everything.
