I was completely against starting classes when my husband first started trying to talk me into it, but now that I have I really love it. I am a complete noob to all of it, but the coaches are so great about making me feel comfortable and motivated. They always work with me to find my place in where I'm at with every movement. Before, I thought there was no way I could do this, but I've found that I can. Sure I'm not at a high level, and there is a lot that I cannot do yet, but I just have to work my way up.
Ricky does a great job of breaking down & showing me unfamiliar workouts. He also always knows the best way to modify workouts when I need them.
We all love Mo Best CrossFit coach ever!
Had a great time dropping in. RICKEY, was very knowledgeable, welcoming and accommodated all fitness levels.
