I had my Acura services at the Street run location for timing belt service. Was told all parts are OEM, well I learned the hard way. Timing tensioner failed @ 41k miles (OEM it's supposed to last 7 years or 100,000. Turns out the tensioner and belt were NOT OEM neither was the belt. (Belt = Continental brand) (Time belt Tensioner = SKP stamp on side) So out of curiosity I decided to look up cost on these parts. I went there recently as a first time customer for inspection. I appreciated Mike's quick response. He was honest and true to price quoted. The drop off and pick up process was very easy and had a prompt turnover time. I received a detailed report with pictures once completed and was able to pay right from my phone! Very pleased with the quick and friendly service and I will definitely spread the word.
I've been going to PSK for a while now, first at their streets run location, now in white oak. I really appreciate how Mike runs his shop. He's very straight forward with you, no BS. I've always had great communication and updates when necessary on work, and I really love the online payment and review system he has now. Getting texts and emails with links to invoices and being able to pay right online is insanely convenient. They've always taken great care of my cars. I'd recommend them to anyone.
