Drove 3 hrs & got a hotel room for my husband to come test at 6pm, just to get a call stating they were not going to test anymore due to power outage & the earliest new test day they'd "reschedule" him for isnt until Christmas Eve. Seriously? They dropped the test last minute & dont even have the decency to find room for those people they cancel on, for upcoming tests, instead - wait another month at minimum 😒 absolutely trash customer service who literally do not care & dont sound interested in helping in any way. I made a mistake in registering for the exam under my maiden name which doesn’t match my ID. I was denied to take the test and marked test complete. I contacted my credential office and they responded within a few hours that they had updated my name to match my ID with PSI. As an extra measure, I contacted PSI the next day about the name change and they told me the system shows test completed and I had to wait 60 days! No maam! My eligibility expires Nov 30! The person tells me she can escalate it and should here back in 2-5... read more
Terrible staff, they lost Internet and in the middle of the exam pulled us out. Instead of rescheduling they reported the exam as completed and didn't submit the scores. Now I'm stuck trying to reschedule but no luck so far.Also their customer service is terrible!
Worst customer service I have ever received not very clear about instructions and don't ever respond or answer the phone I went in there one time and watched the lady at the front desk just let the phone ring didn't even acknowledge the call I need my license so I can have a job but they don't care here and the manager she was kinda rude for no reason I just went in to see what was going on and she doesn't have any customer service skills I forgot her name but they need a whole new team there I'm going to see what bigger bus... read more
