One of the worst experiences, extremely disorganized and they don’t take accountability of their mistakes. They blame other departments within to avoid fault, they don’t have solutions for you, and they have the audacity to charge you on top of their mistakes. Easily one of the worst companies and at this point just a scam to steal your money. I paid my $98 to take the California Insurance exam, their terrible system you have to run kicked me off the site at the end of the test, I didn't get to take the survey, no score was displayed and now here I am 12 days after my test with no answers and no one to call. All the customer service I've talked to so far is from India so can't understand a damn thing. They just send the same, "you'll get a response in 24 hours" email everytime you... read more
Appalling organization, who should not have the privilege to administer HiSet examinations for our young generation. Their online at home proctored exams require the launch of a 'secure browser' which fails with a message that pops up, "An unexpected error has occurred on the server". When you call them about it, you have to speak to the technical people who remotely access your computer and mess around on it for a while.
