Called PSI plumbing at 8pm they came and fixed my problem that night and didn't over charge me at all. The owner is a very nice man.
We had a firm appt. set. we stayed home when we could have been doing other things. I called in the afternoon to confirm the arrival time and was told by his wife that they were not going to come as she had just tried to call my cell phone and I did not answer -- so she -allegedly- sent him on another call instead. She said they were going to have to put us off until sometime next week. I said we had a firm appt. for this afternoon we are here waiting for the plumber.
