The product is fine, no complaints, but sending bill to insurance one year later and then saying they have one year to bill out is just not exceptable! The product was purchased 01/11/2008 and we recieved the bill 01/31/09. PSI should be aware of our side of story, one year sure messes up our flex plan, insurance deductable, and can almost guarentee if we do not pay in a timely fashion we will be charged interest.
