Staff were nice. The only thing I had an issue with was the monitor, i can't make it lower. The chair is not adjustable and it was hard for me to read since I am using bifocal glasses, it hurts my neck! The testing site is not what i was expecting, old building, noisy and warm, no wonder there's a small fan. Not a good experience, good thing costumer service was excellent

Taking a state exam can be nerve-racking, but Ms. Joyce at the Carson PSI location has a special gift for making people feel comfortable. Her warmth, kindness, and positive energy instantly put me at ease. I've been to testing sites where the atmosphere felt cold and intimidating. This was the complete opposite. I truly believe her encouraging presence helped me stay calm, focused, and confident during my exam. Thank you, Ms. Joyce, for turning a stressful experience into a positive one I PASSED!

Nice people that work inside of there.I went there to take my NHA Phlebotomy exam yesterday and passed.Just so you know,Its much more harder than the exams in school or the questions on YouTube.. Be aware you'll be asked to take off your shoes,head rag and empty pockets.Also you'll be swiped with a metal wand to see if you have any weapons or anything else unusual on you.The set up on the computer is kind of weird and I had to ask how to input my answers and how to unbookmark my questions.The employees were understanding and... read more

I took my first test here and the staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early. They had lockers for my items it was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the mouse was white and I couldn't see it while taking the test which made it more challenging. The location was easy to get to and plenty of parking. Plus a couple of restaurants near the office. I took my test in the morning on a Saturday.
