We telephoned this person, Gresch, and explained what was needed - a repair to a small garage roller-door through to the backyard (a new roller-door is not needed- as per our friend - a retired engineer - just new springs and a rewind). This was explained to Gresch. He said to send through photos, which we did, and we never heard from him again. Astounded at all the perfect reviews. It was not our experience at all.
