I would give them zero stars if I could. My power has been out for over two days now since the storm on August 4th. The app to text that service was out didn’t work. The phone number they told you to call didn’t work. Unacceptable. I wish they had a competitor to order electric from. Pure nonsense. They claim they hired an additional 2000 people to help restore power. That’s a lie. Spoke to a Pseg lineman over the weekend and he said they could only get 500 workers.
