AMAZINGLY FAST RESPONSE! A transformer blew on the pole at 7:05pm yesterday - power out. We started getting customer support robocalls within 10 minutes saying the power should be restored by 11pm. A repair truck was onsite within 45 minutes and power restored by 8:15pm. In the world of NASCAR this was the equivalent of an 8 second pit stop! Thanks to ALL!

My bill is the same amount every month which is a great thing i know what to expect. Customer service is pleasant they never keep you on hold for more than a couple minutes ever since LIPA went bye bye i noticed a lot of improvements when LIPA had it every month i dreaded opening my bill they ripped you off now we have an honest company very pleased .

Worst place to go to for electric , your bill jumps up with them know , they don’t offer any assistance or payment plan . Workers there are rude and need to be disemployed with younger generation who know what there’re doing .

I like the fact that every time I call the waiting time is less than 3 minutes.Plus they are very pleasant over the phone and reliable rates the only thing they should improve is the bill date send out the new bill once payment is received for the previous month. I get annoyed when the paper bill and automated system gives two different amounts it's a good thing I call otherwise I would be sending to much each month..
