The office is not open. There is no one to speak with at this location. If you’re dropping off bills, that works. The office has been closed for over 2 years now. Plus, PSEGLI is an odd company with interesting policies such as taking over a month to verify direct deposit.
They don't give you the rebates when you do all the paper work and submit. I purchased washer and dryer both with rebates. I was told only washer can get the rebate. Well 2 monthes later I haven't received anything. They don't get back to you.
