If I could give 0 stars I would- left us without power for months
Electric has been out for 9 hrs went out at 7am then I seen all the trucks leave at 1pm then all the trucks came back at 3 PM they probably went to their two hour lunch, who knows what time it will be back on, after they spent millions and millions of dollars trimming all the trees back a branch came from the opposite side of the road and pull the line down,

These facilities are very confusing. After a mishap with my bank my PSEG account ended up getting "frozen/locked". The only way to get the account unlocked was to go to a PSEG Building. The rep I spoke with originally didn't mention to me that I'd be paying cash at a kiosk in order to bring my account current again. So I was under the impression that I'd be speaking with a person. Imagine my surprise when I arrive only to find the building locked and a notice on the door that read, "No customer service at this location." 😐 ... read more
