Comments we have lost power several times between yesterday and today when speaking to PSEG service they indicated that the transforner needed to be reset ... blew like a circuit breaker .. which is the job of it. I followed up with PSE&G and.. they called me back! not only that they researched the outages and ran diagnostics and are sending a truck to make sure no branches or trees are in danger of interfering! three cheers for PSE&G customer relations! thank you!

WE NEED A REPLACEMENT!!!!! PSE&G failure to maintain proper equipment is negligent and dangerous. If i could leave zero stars i would , kiosk doesn't work hasn't worked for 3 weeks i had to go all the way to patchogue to pay a bill ridiculous horrible way for customer service absolutely horrendous. I live in calverton that is Very inconvenient, to go to patchogue i work 7 days i barely have enough time to go to riverhead to pay it let alone patchogue. if I could change power grids I would.
P.S.E.G is nothing than a monopoly, leaving, the consumer no other choice but to pay their exorbitant electric prices. Furthermore, instead of targeting vast amounts of enormous size Companies that owe them enormous amounts of money, they go after the little guy who's struggling to make ends meet, and offer no payment plan, except pay whats past due now or your service will be shut off, and note your account that you called in to respond to their shut off notice ! Discusting, Deplorable and Outrageeous !!! Horrible company !... read more
