I had a great experience today with James Johnson. It is Sunday evening, before a Monday holiday, so I'm surprised they even got here, to be honest. James was one of the most pleasant helpful people I have ever dealt with in any industry or in any interaction. PSE&G would be well served to hold on to this guy, pay him well, and hire and retain anybody like him. He is fantastic. If you need PSE&G services, consider yourself lucky if James shows up.
Couldn't connect to law department.
Try making a payment to this company, their store fronts are closed. Can’t pay by credit card so they use a third party that charges 3.95 and they make it impossible to pay but they will take you bank account number. Who wants to give their bank info to a company. This company is engaging in illegal activity by being a monopoly and limiting ways to make payments. Their deliver charge is higher than the actual electricity usage charge. Time for a report to the attorney generals office.
