Try making a payment to this company, their store fronts are closed. Can’t pay by credit card so they use a third party that charges 3.95 and they make it impossible to pay but they will take you bank account number. Who wants to give their bank info to a company. This company is engaging in illegal activity by being a monopoly and limiting ways to make payments. Their deliver charge is higher than the actual electricity usage charge. Time for a report to the attorney generals office.
Worse Customer service! making everything to make it complicated
Tried calling PSEG to get person on phone & took long time to get a human as AI didn’t understand what I needed , yet kept asking me what I needed. Said over 7 times , live agent, representative . When I finally got a live agent she wasn’t the friendliest . I sent in proof for reduced rate of electric bill but PSEG sent letter back saying what I sent had no expiration date on it?
