Came to make a payment. Says all the agents are on break for 20 minutes. It is 10:30am now on a weekday. They need a break at 10:30am… We all need to work at PSEG!
So high ridiculous prices we sit in dark and don’t have air in building we have heat why is that even ok now threaten to cut me off tried to pay 4 times their computer is down not karma that’s God
PSEG is the worse electric company ever, for whatever reason the allowed a power surge into my home that destroyed my appliances and lights fixtures costing me thousands of dollars at a time when the economy is so expensive. This could have resulted in total loss of my home from an electric fire. I still have not received an apology for their miss-hap. Their such an embarrassment to long island communities, it’s a shame we dealing with a company that.
They do not maintain their infunstructure despite their INCREASING HIGH prices and this is second Saturday in a month we are without electricity for 6+ hours!!!! It’s beyond an Inconvenience I can’t use my stove to cook for my kids and since it’s so hot they can’t nap.. it is criminal at this point they should be forced by law to credit every effected customers account for charging and failing to provide service we pay for also since they put this daylight in effect and despite using 90 percent off hours my bill has doubled ... read more
My outage was supposed to be fixed by 11:30 pm now it’s switched to 5:30 am. When I called earlier they said they are assessing the problem- there is no truck to be found anywhere. What a farce! So glad I pay my electricity bills on time.
