Liz, Keisha, and Tiffany, of the 286 State Street Perth Amboy office are doing a tremendous job despite the language barrier. They need a bilingual (English/Spanish) representative on site to alleviate calling an interpreter. *****
I would like to commend the team of customer service agent, Liz Bailey, and cashiers, Tiffany & Keisha, of the PSE&G Customer Service Center located at 286 State Street in Perth Amboy for their OUTSTANDING customer service skills and PATIENCE, since about 85%-90% of their clientele are non- English speaking. There is a bilingual (English/Spanish) kiosk upon entry to the facility. A lot of people just want to bypass and pay their bill.
