The customer service department is very rude and racist. The customer service department is very rude and racist. They only put their own friends first and the female security guard there is indifferent.
Very slow customer service. I took more than 1h and there were only 6 people.
They send people out in the field (assuming they actually do) who are too lazy to read my gas meter. they actually check it every 4 to 6 months. In the meantime, pseg underestimates my gas usage. Come time when someone actually reads the meter and makes the the correction, my bill is suddenly several hundred to near a thousand dollars.
