I am currently at this location, waiting for my turn and all I see that the customer representatives like to talk among themselves but help customers that are waiting to get help. Before me, there was a lady already at the window but the representative of that window 05 was talking to the other representative about not working related issues. Worst experience with these clowns. We have no hot water due to a part needing to be replaced. They come to repair the boiler and don't have the part. So the repair is delayed again. This would be 3 days without hot water. Then they have the nerve to charge so much for their services. An absolute joke.
