If I could give them 20 stars I would! There’s literally NO WAIT! And I left to get my bank statement printed out and came back to the same woman Chanel is her name! Also I didn’t have to wait! I waved and she allowed me to come back to her window even after she put the closed sign up! What a sweetheart!!!! She was very sweet and accommodating! I was freaking out and she was so calm and patient with me! No one has a bad attitude like so many Jersey people. Everyone is sweet! Even the security guard was nice!
They were very kind, Evelyn in particular helped me a lot to get gas and electricity services.

***UPDATE: dealing with the death of my mom, who had the bill under her name. It's been a headache along with grieving, just a bad mix. NYREE helped me this time. I visited this location last week with my elderly father-in-law. We had to make some account changes as his beloved wife recently passed away. Nyree, at Window 3, called us over after a short wait time (approximately ten minutes) and resolved our problem with professionalism, compassion, and kindness.
