If I could give them 20 stars I would! There’s literally NO WAIT! And I left to get my bank statement printed out and came back to the same woman Chanel is her name! Also I didn’t have to wait! I waved and she allowed me to come back to her window even after she put the closed sign up! What a sweetheart!!!! She was very sweet and accommodating! I was freaking out and she was so calm and patient with me! No one has a bad attitude like so many Jersey people. Everyone is sweet! Even the security guard was nice!
They were very kind, Evelyn in particular helped me a lot to get gas and electricity services.

***UPDATE: dealing with the death of my mom, who had the bill under her name. It's been a headache along with grieving, just a bad mix. NYREE helped me this time. The positive energy I received from her was incomparable. The comfort and guidance was really God sent. I love this location. They never fail to go above and beyond. This 3.0 rating is false.
