***UPDATE: dealing with the death of my mom, who had the bill under her name. It's been a headache along with grieving, just a bad mix. NYREE helped me this time. I visited this location last week with my elderly father-in-law. We had to make some account changes as his beloved wife recently passed away. Nyree, at Window 3, called us over after a short wait time (approximately ten minutes) and resolved our problem with professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Sent me on a wild goose chase for bank statements papers, after receiving misleading information from customer service over the phone. No one is on the same accord about documents needed to take ownership of account. Very rude and lied about where to get bank information from. Told me to walk not drive purposely so they office could close on me. I arrived back at 4:03 on the dot an respectful The woman that was sitting at booth 1 with the long hair has nasty attitude. I came at 2:30 & they wasted my time.
